SHIPPING

Free.

I offer UK shipping only, however if you are an international stockist please message me via my Contact page or send me an email to info@karolinakoziel.com to discuss options.

Prints are made to order, so the despatch varies between 3 and 7 working days. Sizes: 8x12in and 12x18in are despatched flat. 16x24in prints are despatched in a tube. All prints are mailed using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. Please note: this service doesn't offer a tracking number, only proof of delivery.

Cards are despatched within 1-2 working days, using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. 

Journals are despatched within 1-2 working days, using Royal MailSigned For® 1st Class delivery. Please note: this service doesn't offer a tracking number, only proof of delivery.

Note: Depending on the items in your order (e.g. large Prints plus Cards), you may receive your products in more than one delivery.


RETURNS

Prints are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they have been damaged in transit and the parcel has never been opened.  A photographic evidence of the damaged item must be provided. Please keep in mind that because I offer limited edition prints, I will ask you to destroy the damaged print, after we have agreed the details of the replacement. In certain circumstances I may ask you to return the damaged parcel. I will then refund the costs of your return.

Note: My prints are made to the highest standard, inspected by the printing company, then by myself. They are carefully wrapped and packaged, so there is little to no chance of a misprint or a scratch on the surface of the paper.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Cards or Journals, you may return them within 14 days of the receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that I do not cover the shipping costs of your return and I cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post, so please request a proof of postage from the post office when sending your items back. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you a confirmation email with the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved your refund will be processed as soon as possible, however it may take a few days for your money to appear on your bank account. 

If your original order of Cards or Journals has been damaged in transit, please send me an email and a photographic evidence of the damage. I will be happy to send you a replacement, or if one is not available, a refund.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
